Hellbound Heart release their first full length album Film Noir including new single Suffering the Radio. This is also track number one of the album and represents the sound the band seems to go for with this record. The song starts off slowly but emerges into a great rock hit with guitar solo and a catchy chorus which definitely makes you want to turn up the volume.
Broken Hearted and Wake up made it to personal favourites from the Yorkshire based band as these are songs that get easily stuck in your head forever. Catchy, up beat with lyrics to sing along to. Track 3 and 4: The light we cannot see, as well as poor disguises are tracks fully filled with awesome guitar riffs showing off the band’s skills and the rock sound they aim for.
Hellbound Hearts skipped to put a classic slow track or ballade on their album but that ain’t doing any harm as the band sticks to their sound entirely throughat the whole record. Overall the sound can be slightly compared to Billy Talent and also reminds a bit of Jimmy Eat World.
Awesome rock album with catchy vibes and a sound that is made for live shows
