There’s only two words need be said, and that is Blood Youth.
The band name is a statement itself, and the music they produce is nothing short of passionate yet fierce. These Melodic Hardcore animals are sinking their teeth into the scene securely, and demonstrating their vast amount of raw power despite being just a 3 piece collective. On Vocals, we have Kaya Tarsus, Chris Pritchard on Guitar & finally Sam Hallett sat behind the kit on Drums. Though they sound like an army, it shows how much of a voice they possess for a small outfit.
Their behemoth of an upcoming release, Beyond Repair, is sat readily on the horizon, releasing April 17th, via Rude Records. This is a major one to watch.
Tracks such as Pulling Teeth provide beautiful contrast, roaming creatively within that “heavy” threshold; but sustain a healthy melodic strain to match the more aggressive undertones.
At Invicta we advise you listen to these top tracks, which are, Savanna, Parasite & Buying Time, especially if you are a fan of bands such as Capsize. You are in for a treat with this trio’s arsenal of anger fueled narratives, crushing hooks and emotional vocals. They are on the blood trail to something greater in the future.
As a last request, please catch them on Tour with Sharptone Record’s hottest duo Holding Absence and Loathe on:
08 April / Glasgow, The Garage Attic
09 April / Leeds, The Key Club
10 April / London, Boston Music Room
You will not regret these 3 album launch shows. They will be one’s to remember for a long time.
Intent on channeling their collective fears and frustrations about unstable futures the only way they knew how, Blood Youth have their teeth bared and knuckles white with pure heartache.
