Yet again Banquet Records managed to organise a fantastic show in Kingston. Sum 41 played a short set ahead of their UK Tour. UK band Trashboat supported them on the night.
The band kicked of their set with old track Hell Song followed by latest release Fake My Own Death from new album 13 Voices.
Singer Deryck explained that they had the day off before the start of the UK tour so they decided to play this intimate show. And despite the smaller venue the fans enjoyed every second of the set and went crazy jumping, singing and crowdsurfing.
Sum 41 played a set full of single releases they had throughout the years. From Walking Disaster (2007) to Fat Lip (2001). When playing track Sick of Everyone Deryck couldn’t help but giving a little Trump anecdote saying everyone would currently actually only be sick of one person.
Following the Encore, the band played 3 more songs including the classic tracks Motivation and In Too Deep before leaving the stage.
A great atmosphare and great show with a lot of songs to go down memory lane
